Main Features:
1. EU streamlined design, all the components of the machine are designed under the instruction of the computer aided design and software of CAD/CAE/CAM to fully guarantee the intensity and rigidity of all the components.
2. KINGWELL engineers utilize parametric 3D SolidWorks using FEM & DOE analysis as well as static and mechanism analysis.
3. All machine body is total monoblock welded assembly by high quality steels . After welding procedure, the machine body will be milled to ensure the balance and precision.
4. Mechanical synchronous mechanism and the complex compensation are designed so as to raise the work pieces precision.
5. Adopt integrated hydraulic system, more reliable and easy for maintenance.
6. The stroke and distance of the backgauge is adjusted by the motor and is well adjusted by hand,the adjustment is displayed by digital meters
7. Inch, single, continuous operation mode being designed for the machine and reversing and maintain time can be controlled by the time relays
8. Humanistic concern security design in all details and also the scientific details through KINGWELL standard.

7. Dies can be designed under clients' requirement. The machine will be equipped standard molds/dies and the drawing will be sent. And the non-standard molds/dies can be designed if the clients can provide the molds/dies drawing or the working pieces, we will design. The upper mold can be done in section.
8. SIEMENS Motor or China XINYU High Quality Motor (Because SIEMENS motor made in China has long delivery period, if the special voltage , we will not use SIEMENS unless the client can accept the long delivery period for machine also. Mostly the normal voltage , the delivery is 30-40 working days for motor. We also use a lot of Motor named CHINA XINYU, its quality has been proved with several years working. )
9. Germany Bosch Rexroth Hydraulic System or CHINA Top Level HONGWEI Hydraulic System.
10. USA SUNNY Hydraulic Gear Pump or CHINA Shanghai YONGMING High Quality Hydraulic Gear Pump which is used for Chinese Aircraft Industry.
11. The sealing parts will be from JAPAN VALQUA .
12. Germany SIEMENS or France SCHNEIDER Main Electric Elements.
13. Taiwan HIWIN ball screw and polished rod with 0,05 mm accuracy.
